Abstract
The purpose of this study was to look into how experiential learning (EL) activities influence the employability skills of graduates and their resulting learning satisfaction. On the basis of a thorough literature assessment, four hypotheses on the constructs of EL, employability skills, and learning satisfaction were developed. The results of 150 valid questionnaires were tested to show the positive association of employability skills, experiential learning, and learning satisfaction. Further, employability skills were found to mediate the relationship between Experiential Learning and graduate learning satisfaction. The study's findings will benefit the career development of graduates and the validation of universities’ curriculum.
